I’m Simone Mueller, and I’m a certified dog trainer and behaviour consultant (ATN.AG) based in Germany.
I’m passionate about helping dogs and their guardians around the world through force-free anti-predation training.
That’s why I founded “Predation Substitute Training (PST)”, a unique and effective program that stops uncontrolled predatory chasing and provides safe outlets for your dog’s natural drive.

Who is this course designed for?
The course is designed for dog guardians, who want to understand, manage and stop their dogs from chasing wildlife in a fun, forcefree and successful way. It’s perfect for all experience levels.
Who is this course not for?
While “Call off the Chase” is designed to be inclusive for a wide range of dog owners, it may not be suitable for individuals seeking quick fixes or unwilling to invest time (like 5-10 minutes a day) in understanding and implementing positive training techniques. If you’re looking for immediate results without a commitment to consistent and compassionate training, this course might not align with your expectations. Additionally, if you’re already an advanced trainer seeking highly specialized techniques, you may find my “Instructor Course” be the perfect fit for you.
If my dog has once caught and/or killed an animal, would the course still help?
Yes, absolutely! Every dog can learn PST. It’s never too late to regain control and enjoy your walks again.
Does this course work for terriers/breed x/old dogs/puppies etc.?
Yes, the 4 aspects of Predation Substitute Training fit for every dog. We also cover Terriers, Hounds, Labradors, Border Collies, Dachshunds and various breeds in the training videos. Also, keep in mind that we focus on each dog’s individual behaviour rather than just breed tendencies. The course aims to use PST tools that perfectly match your dog.
Can this protocol be applied as a preventative/ for puppies?
Absolutely! If you start training before your dog has a high interest in predatpory behaviour, it makes things much easier for both of you.
Can you still play fetch or find the ball during walks with this course?
Of course! There’s nothing wrong with playing fetch, if you do it sporadically and with a proper cool down
What will I learn in the course that is not in your books?
The course goes much deeper than the books. We delve into much more detail, the videos make the methods visually comprehensible and aid in applying them even better in your daily interactions with your dog. 🐶
Is there a timescale for the modules or do you have them for as long as you need?
We will release a new module each week, allowing you time to implement what you’ve learned. After all the modules are released, you‘ll retain lifelong access (as long as this course is available).
